These terms cover your use of nextcomp.ai, operated by NextComp AI ("NextComp", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

NextComp shows market data for sports and luxury cars — listings, prices, sold history and trends — gathered from public sources. Data is provided for information only. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and it is not financial, legal or purchasing advice. Always confirm details with the seller before you buy.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share it, scrape the site in bulk, resell our data, or try to get around paid features.

Premium membership

• Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, NextComp isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
