NextComp AI ("NextComp", "we") runs nextcomp.ai, a market-data site for sports and luxury cars. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture from your Google account. We only request the basic openid, email and profile scopes.
• Saved preferences — watchlists, garage cars, alerts and other settings you choose to save.
• Billing — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your Stripe customer ID, plan and subscription status.
• Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account and saved settings.
• To run your subscription and send account or billing emails.
• To send alerts you asked for. You can turn these off any time.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google account data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in) and our email delivery provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• You can update or delete saved settings from your account page.
• You can cancel your subscription any time from your account.
• To delete your account and data, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
• California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information we hold about them. Email us to make a request.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

nextcomp.ai is not intended for anyone under 16.
